The IPSA is Ireland’s premier coloured horse registry with approval as a Stud Book Keeping Authority under Regulation 3 Of The European Communities (Equine Stud-Book And Competition) Regulations 2004, S.I. No. 399 Of 2004 - Council Directive 92/353 Approval No. EC 015.

We too at the IPSA recognise the need to constantly adapt to meet these very challenging times. Consequently we perceived a need, and have launched this website to further serve our customers, both old and new.
