Delivery Charges:

**Charges quoted are a standard rate per single package which can be up to a maximum of 30kg in weight. Order weights of 31kg-60kg would require two packages and 61kg-90kg would require 3 packages. Orders in excess of 90kg can only be processed by contacting us by email or telephone**

**Delivery charge refunds are based on the customer order total where one package would fulfil the order. When two or three seperate packages are required to fulfil the order, delivery charge refunds are at the discretion of IPSA Direct. However in the vast majority of cases, delivery charges are refunded when the customer order total reaches the stated amount**

Payment
Payment will only be taken when the goods are ready for dispatch and is accepted through the Realex Payments online secure server or by telephone for all credit or laser/debit card payments (see Privacy Policy). For your own security, we ask customers not to email their credit card details. For any offline payments made by cheque etc, the goods will not be dispatched until the instrument has cleared.

Dispatching Goods
Where goods are in stock, orders will be dispatched using our 24hour courier service within the republic of Ireland, orders must be received before 11am to avail of this next day delivery service. Where goods are out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you immediately on receipt of your order informing you of expected replenishment date for any goods ordered.
For all deliveries, it must be noted that a signature is required by the courier company at the delivery address in order for the goods to be handed over. If there is no one to sign for the delivery, then the courier company may charge for a second delivery.
IPSA Direct must be notified of any breakages, damage during delivery and items missing from the original order within 7 days of delivery.
In unusual circumstances, the above stated rates for shipping will not apply, for example, where the items ordered are heavy, oversized or of an unusual shape. Where this occurs, we will make every effort to inform you that it is not possible to ship the order for the cost shown and advise you of the adjusted rate of delivery. At this point you are entitled to cancel the order.

Returns
If you wish to return or replace your purchase, we are happy to accept returns provided that the goods are unused, are not damaged, in their original packaging and within 14 days of receiving them. Goods that are received after 14-days and are found to be faulty will only be redeemed by a credit note.
Items that have been customised will not be accepted nor will items that have been specially ordered.
If you continue to use a product after finding a fault, it is assumed that you are accepting the goods in their damaged state and we will therefore not accept them as a return.
Refunds will be made on receipt of returned goods and credited by the same method as the original payment.
Items are returned at customer's own expense and it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage and/or insurance for the items posted, as IPSA Direct accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items. However, if any returned goods are found to be faulty, the cost of postage will be refunded in full.
Please be informed that returned goods will not be accepted unless they are clean and dry due to the Health and Safety regulations. Any items returned to us in this state will be returned at your cost for cleaning before any further action can be taken.
Due to Health and Safety requirements, riding hats and skullcaps are not included in the returns policy and will not be accepted. This does not, however, affect your statutory rights.
In some circumstances, manufacturers may wish to examine the goods for their own records and therefore, replacements may not be sent out until it is deemed that the original goods were defective.
Where goods are returned due to the customer selecting an incorrect size and requiring an exchange for the appropriate size instead of a refund, the goods are returned at the expense of the customer (as stated above) and an additional carriage fee is incurred by the customer.
Product Out Of Stock - If any item is out of stock, you will be notified by return. Whereby it is agreeable with yourself, 'In stock' items will be sent immediately and the balance forwarded at a later date with no extra cost for delivery.
